Hiring urgently Maintenance Supervisor for a food & beverages company located in Jal El Dib (Matn District).
- Control the tasks completed by contractors and ensure they are done in an effective and timely manner.
- Control, inspect, operate and maintain the heating, cooling and ventilation systems in all branches.
- Supervise and oversee the renovation of existing branches and the construction of new branches.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure proper implementation
- Manage the contractor activity on site to ensure it complies with the company’s procedures.
- Arrange for and manage appropriate third-party contractor support as needed.
- Provide technical advice and support on routine maintenance issues, advice and assist in developing long term solutions.
- Prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotations as needed.
- Inform the operations manager immediately about any change in plans or incident on site.
- Ensure that all entities are compliant with the international safety and security norms.
- Supervise the assets counting/tagging/management/disposal & transfers.
- Review all maintenance contracts (scope of work , terms and conditions, prices)
- Review the KPIs for the contractors and compare performance in terms of meeting our strategic and operational goals.
- Ensure that all branches are within set budgets
B.A or Technical diploma in Business Administration, Mechanics or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm.
