Looking for freshly graduated or with 2-3 years of experience with knowledge in AUTOCAD and Microsoft office (Excel, word and Outlook)

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Generate Door schedules on excel Format (door annotation, numbering, Door name etc…) based on Autocad plans provided by the client.
- Generate Hardware schedule for Doors (hinge, locks, cylinder, door closers, handles, etc…) for the generated door schedules.
- Coordinate with clients to correctly specify and generate schedules as per their project needs corresponding to Fire rated norms and standards.
- Coordinate with the head of department to align company’s goals with projects’ needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with electrical & access control department to correctly specify access control components on the generated schedules.
- Generate Bill of quantities to estimate projects prices, hardware requirements and materials quantity for the project.
- Coordinate with other Managers to assure successful completion of projects.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
