Front Desk Agent-Batroun

Job Purpose: Act as the face of the Hotel, and ensure visitors feel welcomed and are properly serviced throughout their stay. Manage the reception area, coordinate all front desk activities, and supervise support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails and requests.
• Check guests in and out, issue room keys and direct guests to their room.
• Receive and manage reservations.
• Assign rooms to guests and informing them of any additional services offered by the hotel.
• Check cleanliness and tidiness of rooms before assigning to guests.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints.
• Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible.
• Confirm relevant guest information and build customer database.
• Take feedback from the customer at the end of their stay.
• Coordinate between departments.
• Compile reports for management such as occupancy reports and financial analysis
• Implement operational booklet

Job Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the same role
• Hospitality graduate.
• Fluent in English & French & Arabic
• Computer Literate
• Presentable
