This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Agent at Automak Automotive Co. K.S.C.C in Kuwait City. The CRM Agent will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective customer support, communication, and service delivery. The role involves managing customer experiences and maintaining high levels of customer service standards on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Experience skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with customers
• Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems or tools is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
