Business Development Executive

On behalf of our client, who a leading international insurance company dedicated to providing innovative and comprehensive insurance solutions to the clients, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join the team and help expand the B2B operations.


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our B2B growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring our insurance solutions meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands and client expectations.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions for brokers, ensuring they are well-versed in our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with brokers to secure new business and renew existing partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities for senior management.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
