To maintain the highest possible cleanliness and hygiene standards, as well as the operating equipment’s. 

Core Responsibilities:

  •  Maintains cleanliness of all Dining Utensils, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
  •  Maintains cleanliness of Restaurant and Storage Areas, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
  • Assists Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience, to ensure the best services are provided.
  • Assists guests with menu items in a helpful way, to ensure the best services are provided.
  • Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, to ensure public safety.
  • Sweeps, mops and polished restaurant, wash down bar; clean and polish equipment, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
  •  Make sure all areas of the bars and restaurants are clean, including sideboards, to ensure that the level of hygiene is maintained.
  • Stock and tidy up Store Room, to ensure that everything is in its proper place.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in hospitality or any related discipline.
  • Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
  • 2-4  years of experience.
  • Experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional areas in the Stewarding department.
