Job Opportunity: HR Manager. Semotive Vehicle Manufacturing (SYM) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities: * Lead recruitment processes and attract top talent * Develop the HR organizational structure and workforce plans * Prepare clear job descriptions, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establish performance appraisal systems * Manage employee performance, development, and retention * Develop salary structures, incentive schemes, and employee benefits * Establish and update HR policies and procedures * Manage onboarding processes and employee relations * Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations * Implement and manage HR systems and prepare related reports * Build a strong, professional corporate culture focused on performance * Work directly with senior management in organizational development. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a leadership position within HR * Strong recruitment and headhunting capabilities * Extensive knowledge of Egyptian labor law * Experience in building HR systems, policies, and defining KPIs * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Data-driven decision-making and strong organizational skills * Experience in the manufacturing sector or fast-growing companies is a significant advantage. We are looking for someone capable of building, developing, and leading the HR department, not just someone to manage routine daily administrative tasks.
