Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at EgyProperty is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. In this role, the agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, preparing and reviewing contracts, and maintaining accurate property listings. The agent will also respond to inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining a strong network of clients, property owners, and developers is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Strong Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in Real Property transactions.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with local New Cairo real estate markets and property valuation methods.
• Ability to work on-site, manage schedules, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and property listing platforms; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
