- Preparing and following up on raw material requirement plans based on approved production plans.
- Operating and analyzing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and extracting material requirements.
- Periodically reviewing raw material and auxiliary material balances with the warehouse manager.
- Determining future purchasing requirements according to consumption rates and the production plan.
- Following up on raw material delivery schedules and ensuring alignment with production needs.
- Reviewing and updating item data and BOM (Bill of Materials) on the system.
- Monitoring minimum, maximum, and reorder point levels.
- Analyzing stagnant and slow-moving items and proposing appropriate actions.
- Coordinating with production, warehouses, and procurement to ensure operational continuity.
- Preparing reports on inventory status and raw material coverage.
- Analyzing the causes of inventory shortages or surpluses and suggesting corrective actions.
- Contributing to inventory counting activities and analyzing inventory variances.
- Updating data related to lead times and consumption rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent.

ERP Systems
Required Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in material planning, inventory management, or purchasing.
- Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Data analysis skills.
- Understanding of MRP systems.
- Ability to prepare reports and Key Performance Indicators.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Communication and inter-departmental coordination skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1 - Distributing orders to production managers for execution according to the instructions of the Planning Manager.
2- Updating data related to lead times and consumption rates.
3- Preparing periodic follow-up reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on the implementation of production plans and submitting them to the Head of Planning Department for review and decision-making.
4- Periodically reviewing raw material and auxiliary material balances with the warehouse manager.
5- Reviewing actual material consumption data, analyzing causes of variances, and working to prevent them.
6- Contributing to inventory counts and analyzing inventory variances.
