• Lead and supervise the workshop team of technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient daily operations.

• Distribute repair jobs among technicians according to their skills, workload, and job priority.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems and provide technical support to technicians when required.

• Review and verify repair orders to ensure that all required repair and maintenance work is properly completed.

• Monitor the progress of repair jobs and ensure vehicles are completed within the promised delivery time.

• Inspect completed repairs to ensure work quality and compliance with manufacturer standards and workshop procedures.

• Perform final technical checks and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery after completing the required repairs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering holder .

•  

• 8+ years of proven experience in automotive workshop or Authorized  Dealer .

•  

• Strong expertise in diagnosing and repairing German vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen Group) is a MUST .

•  

• Leadership mindset with the ability to manage and guide technicians effectively .

•  

• Capable of running daily workshop operations with confidence and reliability .

•  

• Proficient in using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment .

•  

• Professional attitude, strong commitment, and presentable appearance are essential . 

• Good command of English .

•  

• Good computer skills .
