Responsibilities and Duties

• Full oversight of daily branch operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Developing and implementing business plans to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
• Managing and developing the branch team through continuous training and motivation.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate displays and product availability in accordance with promotional plans.
• Analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and providing periodic reports to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and customer service standards.
• Maintaining the appearance of the branch according to the brand's aesthetic and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree.
• Proven work experience in managing clothing stores or a similar retail sector.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Strong ability to lead and make decisions in dynamic work environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in handling sales reports and analyzing simple financial data.
