A Human Resources Specialist is required for a mobile phone case production and plastic injection factory in 10th of Ramadan City. Requirements: appropriate higher qualification - intermediate experience in the HR field - proficient in dealing with the social insurance office and governmental entities. Executing and following up on daily HR operations, including personnel affairs, attendance and leaves, onboarding, employee files, employee relations, and supporting payroll operations, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws and regulations. Following up and executing personnel affairs and employee files. * Following up on attendance, departure, and leaves. * Preparing and reviewing payroll, deductions, and overtime data. * Executing hiring, resignation, and termination procedures. * Following up on social insurance and governmental procedures. * Preparing HR reports. * Handling employee inquiries and requests. * Supporting the recruitment process, fulfilling job openings, and welcoming new employees. Working days: Saturday to Thursday. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Must be a resident of 10th of Ramadan.
