We’re Hiring: Mid-Senior / Senior Product Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives and help evolve the platforms and services we build for our users.

 In this role, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to turn insights into impactful product solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead strategic product initiatives aligned with organizational goals
•  Drive product discovery through user insights, research, and data analysis
•  Define product vision, priorities, and product roadmaps and planning
•  Make prioritization decisions based on impact, value, and risk
•  Track and improve product KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction)
•  Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
•  Coordinate planning and delivery across teams, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth execution
• Support delivery from concept to launch and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior PMs and help strengthen product management practices

Must Have

• Proven experience in product management within software or digital products
• Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product strategy
• Experience working with Agile teams and cross-functional environments
• Strong execution and delivery coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI-enabled product features is a strong plus
• Understanding of UX principles and technical architecture
