Job Description

Purpose of the job:

• The incumbent handles technical tasks that require experience in conducting them and knowledge of how to perform them.
• The job holder performs their duties in accordance with laws and regulations.

1. Original approval from the employer for secondment (with financial grade), transfer, or loan.
2. A job status statement indicating the job title, grade, and occupational group held, provided it is a permanent position.
3. The last efficiency report for the last two years, with a rating of no less than (Excellent) for each.
4. An official, stamped, and certified statement showing penalties imposed and their reasons, and what has been cleared and the reasons for clearance, in addition to a copy of judicial rulings, if any.
5. An official, certified, and stamped statement of special and sick leaves.

The above documents must bear the Republic's emblem seal.
