Role: Responsible for maintaining and monitoring production line equipment and ensuring its good technical condition. Responsibilities: 1- Monitoring the technical condition of production line equipment and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP). 2- Performing corrective maintenance in case of any mechanical failure in production lines. 3- Performing preventive maintenance for production lines according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year. 4- Reviewing spare parts inventory levels (maximum, minimum, and reorder point) and notifying the direct manager if the spare parts used in maintenance are not of good quality. 5- Following occupational health, safety, and food safety procedures inside the factory and reporting any violations. 6- Seeking various improvement and development opportunities and presenting ideas to the direct manager. Skills: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in food factories. 2. Intermediate qualification: Industrial Diploma specializing in Mechanical Maintenance or higher. 3. Ability to work within a team. 4. Communication skills.
