Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies. Enforce workplace health and safety regulations. Train, motivate, and evaluate production employees. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required. Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime. Maintain production records and prepare performance reports. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and planning teams. Required Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Science or a related field.5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
