Today, we are recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our team in Egypt. What are my responsibilities?

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays.
• Support project managers in achieving project objectives and milestones.
• Ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests with all relevant stakeholders.
• Review engineering drawings, designs, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Manage engineering and changing requests and document control processes.
• Coordinate communication between the Employer, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Support customer presentations and technical discussions.
• Ensure adherence to quality management procedures and project standards.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Participate in inspections, audits, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Support procurement and vendor management activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in engineering mechanical or electrical.

Experience in Project engineering or project management within engineering, construction, energy, telecommunications, infrastructure, or railway projects.

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.

Previse experience in Project coordination, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Advantageous experience in infrastructure or railway projects.
