Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Egy Property is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings and advising on market conditions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining accurate listings, preparing documentation, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes. The role also involves building strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every transaction. The agent will collaborate with the internal team to stay informed about new listings, local market trends, and regulatory updates.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong foundation in Real Property regulations and practices. Demonstrated experience in Real Estate transactions, including buying, selling, and renting properties. Strong Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and converting leads into clients. Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and client follow-up. Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market and surrounding areas. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties, and organize time effectively. Proficiency with basic digital tools and property listing platforms. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred; additional languages are a plus. Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-related field is highly beneficial.
