Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will manage end-to-end travel services, including advising clients on destinations, itineraries, and packages that align with their preferences and budgets. In this full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, the consultant will handle reservations, ticketing, and booking of flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. The role also involves optimizing travel options, staying updated on travel regulations and promotions, and supporting junior team members with guidance and best practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Arrangements, with the ability to design customized itineraries and package solutions. Experience in Travel Management, including coordination of complex trips and oversight of travel policies for corporate and individual clients. Proficiency in Reservations, such as flight, hotel, and tour bookings using GDS or relevant booking systems. Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction. Previous experience as a Senior Travel Consultant or in a similar travel industry role. Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel regulations. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Comfort working on-site in Heliopolis, with flexibility to handle peak travel seasons. Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
