Role Description The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide part-time remote psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients with a range of mental health concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured clinical interviews, administering and interpreting psychological tests, and delivering individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms. The role involves maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed, and participating in case consultations or clinical supervision. The psychologist will promote best practices in mental health care, adhere to professional and ethical guidelines, and support a therapeutic environment that respects client diversity and confidentiality. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Competence in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments. Experience working with a broad spectrum of Mental Health conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Ability to provide Clinical Supervision or clinical guidance to trainees or peers, where applicable. Current licensure or eligibility as a Clinical Psychologist according to relevant regulatory requirements. Demonstrated skill in telehealth service delivery, including familiarity with secure online platforms and remote client engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong clinical documentation practices. Master’s or Doctoral degree (PhD or Psy D) in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and maintaining client confidentiality. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
