We’re Hiring | Sales Representatives & Sales Managers – Egypt IPC is expanding its commercial team and looking for ambitious, results-driven Sales Representatives and Sales Managers to join us. The role will focus on promoting and growing IPC’s portfolio across pharmacies, doctors, and healthcare partners throughout Egypt. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies and doctors• Promote IPC products and increase market penetration• Open new accounts and identify new business opportunities• Follow up with existing customers and support long-term account growth• Achieve sales and distribution targets within assigned territories• Provide regular market and competitor feedback• For managerial candidates: lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the sales team Who We’re Looking For:• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, FMCG, or pharmacy sales is preferred• Existing relationships with pharmacies and/or doctors are a strong advantage• Self-motivated and comfortable working with clear targets and KPIs• Willingness to travel and develop business across Egypt• Leadership experience is required for Sales Manager candidates Locations: Nationwide – Egypt Company: IPCWe offer a competitive package with performance-based incentives and strong opportunities for growth as we expand our product portfolio and national presence.
