Job Description Manage service inquiries and ensure timely closure. Monitor parts availability and coordinate with inventory teams. Ensure service operations meet company standards and customer expectations. Track and report on service performance metrics. Collaborate with central teams for parts planning and support. Handle customer feedback and follow up on pending service issues.
Accountability and Responsibilities:Ensure high parts fill rate and minimal waiting time for parts. Monitor and improve inquiry closure time. Track turnover ratio and ensure efficient inventory usage. Achieve quarterly service and parts targets. Maintain individual performance and contribute to outlet development.
