Main tasks and responsibilities:
Field inspections: thoroughly examine worksites to identify pest species and extent of infestation.
Planning: design integrated, environmentally safe and healthy pest control programs.
Supervision and implementation: monitor spraying and eradication operations and ensure compliance with specifications and laws.
Preventive consultations: guide clients and provide instructions to protect facilities and prevent reinfestation.
Reporting: document field and operational follow-ups using modern systems.
Job duties: 1- Enter into new contracts with various sectors 2- Provide exceptional customer service to different clients 3- Lead and motivate the service team to consistently deliver high service 4- Train and develop technicians and workers 5- Ensure customer expectations are met through follow-up inspections and evaluations 6- Schedule sales appointments in advance with clients requesting service 7- Present a professional and neat appearance 8- Discuss and diagnose pest issues with various clients 9- Document site descriptions and record precise measurements of areas inspected 10- Estimate job costs and service prices and prepare service plan recommendations 11- Inspection procedures to identify pest activity sources and provide written explanations and recommendations
Requirements: 1- Bachelor’s in Agriculture 2- At least 5 years of experience in public health pest control (quality and operations) 3- Proficiency in English 4- Proficiency in using Office programs
