Duties:
Knowledge of the company's products or services.
Promote and sell the company's products to existing customers and record sales transactions in the records defined by the company.
Attract new customers to deal with the company according to the policies defined.
Present goods and services to them appropriately, and encourage them to increase their uptake.
Listen to customer complaints and satisfy them by addressing them and providing appropriate solutions.
