Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Project Manager role based in Heliopolis. The Software Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of software projects, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management. The role involves collaborating closely with software developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, gather and refine requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include tracking progress, managing communication, facilitating meetings, resolving impediments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The Software Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and support the adoption of best-in-class tools and methodologies. Qualifications Strong Software Project Management and Project Management skills to lead end-to-end software delivery. Solid understanding of Software Development processes and lifecycle methodologies. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and performance tracking. Experience with Requirements Analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing functional and non-functional requirements. Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience working with cross-functional software teams and technical stakeholders. Proficiency with project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or similar). Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to present complex topics to diverse audiences. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and manage multiple projects concurrently.
