About the Role:The role is responsible for transforming approved 3D designs into accurate technical sheets and working drawings, ensuring they meet project requirements, standards, materials specifications, and site conditions.
Job Scope:Prepare detailed technical sheets and working drawings based on approved 3D drawings. Review project requirements, building codes, life safety requirements, MEP permits, and material specifications. Review As-Built drawings and coordinate with the site supervision team to reflect site changes. Prepare drawings with accurate calculated dimensions. Coordinate with the Design Team, Project Managers, clients, and contractors. Review lighting designs from an application and MEP coordination perspective. Identify technical issues and suggest alternative material solutions when needed. Present design progress, receive feedback, and refine technical drawings accordingly.
What Are We Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a relevant major.2+ years of relevant experience. Excellent English communication skills. Very good command of Auto CAD and other design programs. Very good knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, Excel, and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings on time.
