- Promote and sell the company's products to existing customers
- Record sales transactions in the records specified by the company
- Attract new customers to deal with the company according to the policies set by the company
- Achieve the required sales targets
- Prepare and pre-arrange any papers or documents the client may need to conclude agreements and contracts
- Provide a detailed explanation of all products and services offered by the company and encourage customers to acquire them
- Take care of customers' problems and assist in solving them, and relay complaints and suggestions to the company's management
