Installation works for Nokia equipment and stations for 3G, LTE, and 5G networks. Integration & Commissioning of equipment according to project requirements. Installation and connection of RRU units, antennas, fiber optic cables, and power cables. Conduct operation tests and ensure the safety of all connections. Basic equipment configuration in coordination with operations teams. Analyze and troubleshoot technical faults during implementation. Adhere to work plans and quality and occupational safety standards (HSE). Prepare daily reports, achievement reports, and document completed works. Coordinate with project teams and clients to ensure work is performed according to the timeline. Adhere to Nokia procedures and guidelines and client requirements. Qualifications and requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Electronics or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in installing and integrating Nokia equipment. Practical experience in 3G / LTE / 5G networks. Good knowledge of Nokia equipment such as: AirScale Baseband; AirScale Radio; Flexi Multiradio (an added advantage). Experience using Nokia’s integration and commissioning software/tools. Ability to read technical drawings and site plans. Good knowledge of DC power systems, fiber optics, and grounding systems. Ability to work on field sites and travel within governorates when needed.
