• Execute and oversee daily mechanical maintenance programs on equipment

• Monitor equipment performance using predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermal, acoustic analysis)

• Diagnose and analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement permanent solutions

• Conduct equipment inspections and testing using modern diagnostic tools

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with technical standards and specifications

• Provide fault analysis reports and technical recommendations for equipment improvement

• Oversee maintenance of pumps, compressors, gears, conveyor belts, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Propose and implement engineering modifications to increase equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption

• Track and analyze equipment performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF)

• Manage spare parts inventory and maintain purchasing specifications

• Respond quickly to critical equipment failures to ensure production continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance

Technical Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of pumps, gears, conveyor belts, compressors, and rotating equipment

• Ability to read and analyze engineering drawings

• Expertise in lubrication systems, welding, and metal wear analysis

• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) procedures

• Proficiency in predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermal, acoustic analysis)
