المسؤوليات: - وضع وتنفيذ خطط إنتاج تفصيلية بناءً على الطاقة المتاحة ومتطلبات العملاء. - التأكد من معرفة وفهم منتجات الأثاث المصنوعة من الخشب الطبيعي والصناعي. - مراقبة وإدارة جميع مراحل الإنتاج. - التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية وحل الاختناقات. - الحفاظ على الوعي بأوقات التشغيل وضمان تحسين كفاءة الإنتاج. - تتبُّع أوامر العمل وتقدم الإنتاج والتأكد من التوافق مع مواعيد التسليم. - توليد التقارير والتحليلات حول أداء الإنتاج وذلك لمراجعة الإدارة.
المرشح المثالي
المؤهلات والمهارات: - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية/الإنتاج/الميكانيكية أو في مجال ذات صلة. - 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تخطيط الإنتاج ضمن صناعة الأثاث أو الخشب (إلزامي). - معرفة قوية بدوران الإنتاج وتخطيط القدرة والجدولة التشغيلية. - خبرة سابقة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP (مفضل).
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement detailed production plans based on available capacity and customer requirements. - Ensure knowledge and understanding of furniture products manufactured from both natural and industrial wood. - Monitor and manage all production stages. - Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve bottlenecks. -Maintain awareness of operating times and ensure optimization of production efficiency. -Track work orders, production progress, and ensure alignment with delivery deadlines. -Generate reports and analysis on production performance for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills: -Bachelor s degree in Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineering or related field. -3 5 years of experience in production planning within the furniture or wood industry (mandatory). -Strong knowledge of production cycles, capacity planning, and operational scheduling. -Previous experience working with ERP systems (preferred).
