#Key_Responsibilities*Lead and manage all workshop and fleet-maintenance activities.*Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.*Ensure maximum vehicle availability and minimum operational downtime.*Supervise workshop managers, maintenance engineers, technicians, and support teams.*Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and performance targets. Monitor vehicle inspections, repairs, servicing, and technical records.*Manage workshop capacity, manpower, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
#Requirements.*Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.*[10+] years of experience in fleet maintenance, workshops, or transportation services.*Proven experience managing buses, limousines, HiAce vehicles, or a mixed commercial fleet.*Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.*Experience managing workshops, technicians, suppliers, and spare parts.*Good knowledge of fleet-management systems and maintenance reporting.*Strong leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.*Ability to analyze maintenance data and prepare performance reports.*Strong understanding of QHSE and fleet-safety requirements.*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance-management systems.#Personal_Competencies*Leadership and team-management skills.*High sense of responsibility and ownership.*Strong decision-making and follow-up.*Cost-conscious and results-oriented mindset.*Strong coordination with Operations and other departments
