فني تشغيل ماكينة ليزر للعمل ضمن فريق الإنتاج، مسئول عن تشغيل ومتابعة ماكينة الليزر لقص وتفريغ الألواح المعدنية طبقًا للرسومات الفنية وأوامر التشغيل، مع ضمان دقة الأبعاد وجودة المنتج.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
استلام الرسومات وأوامر التشغيل وتنفيذها طبقًا للتعليمات.
إدخال وتشغيل برامج القطع على ماكينة الليزر.
مراجعة وضبط برامج القطع بما يتناسب مع نوع وسمك الخامة.
تشغيل الماكينة وتنفيذ عمليات القطع طبقًا لكارت التشغيل.
مراجعة المقاسات والتفاوتات المسموح بها والتأكد من جودة القطع.
التعامل مع عيوب القطع أو البرامج وإبلاغ المشرف عند الحاجة.
تحقيق الكميات الإنتاجية المطلوبة وتخزين المنتجات النهائية في أماكنها.
متابعة حالة الماكينة بشكل مستمر.
تنظيف ماكينة الليزر قبل وبعد التشغيل ومتابعة الزيت والهواء والغاز والعدسات.
تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج اليومية ومراجعة التقارير مع المشرف.
الالتزام الكامل بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية وارتداء مهمات الوقاية الشخصية.

About the job:
Laser machine operator to work as part of the production team, responsible for operating and monitoring the laser machine to cut and deburr metal sheets according to technical drawings and operating orders, ensuring dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Receive drawings and operating orders and execute them according to instructions.
- Enter and run cutting programs on the laser machine.
- Review and adjust cutting programs to suit the material type and thickness.
- Operate the machine and perform cutting processes according to the operation card.
- Review measurements and permissible tolerances and ensure cutting quality.
- Handle cutting or program defects and report to the supervisor when needed.
- Achieve the required production quantities and store finished products in their places.
- Continuously monitor the machine status.
- Clean the laser machine before and after operation and monitor oil, air, gas, and lenses.
- Record daily production data and review reports with the supervisor.
- Full commitment to occupational safety and health procedures and wear personal protective equipment.
