• Lead the development of interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and joinery details.

• Develop construction-ready drawings and ensure design accuracy and constructability.

• Coordinate interior design works with architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

• Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.

• Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues.

• Review and monitor the work of junior designers/engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Ensure timely delivery of design packages according to project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture.

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design and fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing.

• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Strong understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and project execution.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

• Experience in consultancy or engineering firms is preferred.
