متطلبات الوظيفة:
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الصيانة الميكانيكية.- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في مصانع الأغذية أو مصنعات الدواجن أو الصناعات الغذائية.- خبرة في صيانة خطوط الإنتاج والمعدات الصناعية.- يفضل الخبرة في التعامل مع المعدات التي تعمل في بيئات الإنتاج المبردة أو المجمدة.
المهام الوظيفية:- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية للمعدات والماكينات طبقاً لخطة الصيانة المعتمدة.- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية التي تحدث أثناء التشغيل.- الاستجابة السريعة للأعطال الطارئة والعمل على إعادة المعدات إلى التشغيل في أسرع وقت ممكن.- فحص المعدات بشكل دوري لاكتشاف أي مؤشرات قد تؤدي إلى حدوث أعطال مستقبلية.- إجراء أعمال الفك والتركيب والاستبدال للأجزاء والمكونات الميكانيكية التالفة.- تنفيذ أعمال التشحيم والصيانة الدورية للمحامل والسيور والسلاسل والتروس والأجزاء المتحركة.- المشاركة في أعمال العمرة والإصلاحات الرئيسية للمعدات وخطوط الإنتاج.الراتب يصل الى 14,000 جنيه شهريا.

Job requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance. - Prefer prior experience in food factories or poultry processing or food industries. - Experience in maintenance of production lines and industrial equipment. - Experience preferred in handling equipment operating in refrigerated or frozen production environments.
Job tasks:
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on equipment and machines according to the approved maintenance plan. - Carry out corrective maintenance and repair mechanical faults that occur during operation. - Quick response to emergency faults and work on bringing equipment back into operation as soon as possible. - Periodically inspect equipment to detect any indicators that may lead to future faults. - Perform dismantling, assembly, and replacement of damaged mechanical parts and components. - Perform lubrication and routine maintenance of bearings, belts, chains, gears, and moving parts. - Participate in overhauls and major repairs of equipment and production lines. Salary reaches up to 14,000 EGP per month.
