Job description Senior Sales Representative – Facility Management (FM) Sector Job type: Full time- On site Interclean is growing and seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative with a background in the Facility Management (FM) sector. The ideal candidate understands FM clients and has a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results.
What you'll do:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FM sector Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers Present and sell Interclean's products and services tailored to FM clients Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Conduct regular on-site client visits
What we're looking for:3-5 years of field sales experience specifically within the Facility Management & Cleanings sector Solid understanding of FM operations and client needs Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Good level of English and fluent in Arabic Must own a car (the role requires regular client visits) Self-driven, organized, and target-focused
