Prince Factory for Clothes and Jeans - Experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department and ensure the highest levels of equipment operation efficiency and production lines. Main tasks | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the factory. • Prepare and implement maintenance plans and periodic programs. • Reduce breakdowns and machine downtime and improve operational efficiency. • Manage the maintenance team, assign tasks, and monitor performance. • Analyze causes of breakdowns and implement permanent solutions. • Supervise maintenance of sewing machines, washing, finishing, compressors, and facilities. • Manage spare parts and monitor inventory. • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards. • Prepare technical reports and submit performance indicators to management.
