Menu and pricing: coordinating with the chef to determine the appropriate menu, calculating Food Cost, and adjusting prices. Operations and logistics: inspecting event sites, coordinating with the kitchen and branches to provide labor, equipment, and transport vehicles. Collections and client follow-up: following up on financial collections with accounting, and measuring client satisfaction after the event to ensure continuity. Requirements: Prior experience in catering and restaurant/hotel sales. Strong relationships with companies and event organizers. Excellent knowledge of negotiation, cost accounting, and logistics management.
