Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of new products and improvements to existing ones, utilizing advanced Product Design methodologies.
Generate detailed CAD Drawings and 3D CAD models using industry-leading CAD Software, including specialized tools like CADWorx.
Apply robust Engineering Principles to ensure product integrity, performance, and reliability.
Conduct design analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA), to validate designs and predict performance under various conditions.
Develop and manage bills of materials (BOMs) and create comprehensive Technical Documentation for all design outputs.
Engage in Prototyping and testing phases, iterating designs based on feedback and performance data.
Stay abreast of new technologies and materials, applying knowledge of Material Science to enhance product capabilities.
