Role Description The Insurance Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The individual in this role will identify prospective clients, explain insurance products and coverage options, and recommend solutions aligned with client needs and risk profiles. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and presenting quotations, processing applications, and following up to ensure policy issuance and renewals. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, responding to inquiries, resolving basic claims-related questions, and coordinating with internal teams and brokerage partners as needed. The Insurance Sales Agent will also work toward defined sales targets, contribute to local marketing activities, and uphold regulatory and compliance standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Solid understanding of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices. Proven Customer Service skills, including clear communication and client relationship management. Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in accessible terms and guide clients through decisions. Good numerical and analytical skills for preparing quotations and assessing coverage needs. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation and records. Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment and collaborating within a team. Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage. Proficiency in local language(s) and good written and spoken English.
