Role Description Design, build and support Data Warehouses and Reporting solutions Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for reports and dashboards Develop automated anomaly detection, trend forecasting, and scenario modelling solutions using ML algorithms embedded within the BI reporting layer Use AI/ML to automate and optimize ETL workflows, data quality validation, and data classification at scale Evaluate and adopt Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and AI-driven data platform capabilities to modernize the data estate Champion AI literacy within the BI team and act as a subject matter expert for AI-enhanced analytics adoption across business units
Qualifications B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering4+ years of related experience Experience in full life cycle of Business Intelligence Solutions implementations Solid Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence Stack (Analysis / Reporting / Integration Services) Experience with Azure is preferred. Experience in gathering reporting requirements and documenting the reports specifications Knowledge of ETL Tools for creating Source/ Target definitions and building Mappings Experience in building data warehouses and OLAP cubes Experience in defining facts, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measures, dimensions and hierarchies Experience in designing customized interactive dashboards using drill down, guided navigation, prompts, filters, and variables using a familiar tool such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau or Qlik View Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI services, or equivalent ML platforms for integrating predictive models into BI solutions Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, One Lake, and AI-enhanced data platform capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem Experience with Copilot for Power BI, Power BI AI visuals, or similar AI-native BI features Understanding of ML model lifecycle concepts: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in the context of analytics and reporting Strong time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables Ability to analyze and deconstruct complex processes for automation Ability to work successfully with multiple business functions and reporting audiences Good command of written and spoken English
