Role Description The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations for artificial greenery and home decor items. Daily tasks include presenting and explaining product features, arranging and maintaining product displays, processing sales transactions, and handling customer inquiries and feedback. The role also involves following up with potential and existing customers, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and improve the in-store experience. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer service, client communication, and relationship building. Basic sales skills including negotiation, upselling, and closing sales in a retail or similar environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and store maintenance. Ability to learn and explain product features related to artificial greenery and home decor. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced retail setting and collaborating with a diverse team. Basic numeracy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems or cash handling. Previous experience in retail, home decor, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent education; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus.
