Industrial Spare Parts Sales Manager – Technical Center Egypt (Technical Center Egypt) announces its need to hire: Industrial Spare Parts Sales Manager to join the team. The applicant must have strong, well-documented experience in spare parts and industrial supplies sales, good knowledge of the Egyptian market, customers, and various industrial sectors. Requirements: - At least 10 years of experience in industrial spare parts sales or technical products. - Actual experience in the Egyptian market and good knowledge of customers, factories, and industrial fields. - Preference for those with experience in selling: industrial spare parts. - Pneumatic and hydraulic spare parts. - Industrial equipment and tools. - Industrial maintenance supplies and raw materials. - Ability to build and develop a network of customers and maintain strong relationships. - Ability to achieve sales targets and develop plans to increase sales volume. - Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. - Ability to monitor the market, competitors, prices, and new opportunities. - Ability to manage and supervise the sales team and monitor performance. - Proficiency in preparing price quotations and following up with customers and orders until sale completion. - Good knowledge of the Egyptian market and the industrial spare parts sector. - Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs; ERP/CRM systems experience preferred. - Valid driving license; fieldwork and travel to meet with customers preferred. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives. - Manage and follow up with the sales team. - Develop the customer base and attract new clients. - Build long-term relationships with current customers. - Follow up on quotes and orders and ensure sale completion. - Follow up on collections in coordination with management and accounting. - Prepare periodic sales, customers, and market activity reports. Work location: 6th of October City, Giza. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary: determined by experience and competence and interview result, plus incentive and sales commission system according to company policy.
