Manage and monitor Sheet Metal manufacturing and production processes.

Ensure production activities are carried out according to quality, safety, and production standards.

Analyze production issues and identify effective root causes and corrective actions.

Improve production layout, efficiency, and workflow.

Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Work closely with the Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production problems.

Monitor Sheet Metal equipment and processes and ensure proper operation.

Participate in process improvement and cost reduction projects.

Prepare and maintain production-related reports and documentation.

Support the design, improvement, and optimization of Sheet Metal molds and processes.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Job Requirements – Senior Sheet Metal Engineer

  3+ years of experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing / Production.

  Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal manufacturing technology and production processes.

  Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

  Good understanding of Sheet Metal machinery, equipment, and operating principles.

  Strong ability to analyze production problems and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

  Experience in production layout optimization, process improvement, and cost reduction.

  Proficiency in CAD software; strong knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred.

  Good command of MS Office applications, especially Excel.

  Strong knowledge of production KPIs and performance analysis.

  Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  Ability to lead and coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.

  Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet production targets.

  Experience in home appliance manufacturing plants is preferred.
