Role Description The Managing Partner and Investors role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees overall business strategy, partnership development, and investor relations to drive growth and sustainability for ai.eshbook.com. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the platform’s business model, identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships with workspaces and community organizations, and engaging current and potential investors through clear reporting and presentations. The Managing Partner will guide financial planning, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align initiatives with the company vision. This role also involves representing the company in external meetings, events, and networking activities to expand visibility and build long-term relationships. Qualifications Strong background in business management, entrepreneurship, or venture building, with experience leading or co-leading a growing organization. Proven experience in investor relations, fundraising, or financial stewardship, including preparing pitch decks, investment proposals, and performance reports. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and partnership development, preferably within digital platforms, creative industries, or community-focused businesses. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and external partners. Comfort with hybrid work models and digital collaboration tools, and readiness to engage in on-site meetings and events in Cairo. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic, with cultural awareness of regional networks and communities, is highly beneficial.
