About the Role:
Jalira Marketing Management is a Dubai-based marketing agency looking for a talented and creative *Video Editor* to join our remote team in Egypt.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, understands social media content, and can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos that reflect the identity and positioning of each brand.
You will work closely with our creative, account management, and social media teams to produce content for a variety of clients, with a particular focus on gold brands, jewelry, beauty, luxury, and beauty clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Edit high-quality video content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, paid ads, and other digital platforms.* Transform raw footage into engaging Reels, short-form videos, social media content, and advertising assets.* Create strong visual storytelling while maintaining each client's brand identity.* Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and other relevant elements.* Edit beauty, jewelry, luxury, product, lifestyle, and promotional content.* Adapt videos into different formats, dimensions, and durations according to platform requirements.* Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to understand briefs and deliver content according to client expectations.* Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.* Stay up to date with current social media trends, editing styles, transitions, and content formats.* Take creative direction and feedback and apply revisions efficiently.* Organize project files and maintain an efficient editing workflow.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of professional video editing experience.* Previous experience working with a marketing/advertising/social media agency is highly preferred.* Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video editing and social media content.* Excellent knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut, and AI Editing Tools.* Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and short-form video content.* Good understanding of pacing, composition, music selection, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.* Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.* Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate effectively with the team.* Fluent or strong professional English is preferred.
A Huge Plus
Experience working with gold/jewelry brands, luxury brands, beauty brands, beauty clinics, dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, or other premium lifestyle brands will be a major advantage.
Experience creating high-end, polished, luxury-style content is particularly valued.
