We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Production Lead to manage and execute the full video production process from concept to final delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently handle videography, video editing, post-production, and AI-powered video production, while also taking ownership of the overall creative production workflow.

The ideal candidate is a one-person production powerhouse who can turn creative concepts and scripts into high-quality, engaging visual content with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end video production, from pre-production through final delivery.

• Handle videography and camera operation, including lighting, framing, composition, and sound.

• Transform scripts and creative concepts into engaging visual stories.

• Manage video editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, and final post-production.

• Create and produce AI-generated videos and visual content using relevant AI tools and platforms.

• Explore and implement new AI technologies to improve the speed, quality, and creativity of content production.

• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, marketing teams, actors, and other creative team members.

• Plan shoots, organize production requirements, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

• Develop visual styles and production approaches that align with the brand identity.

• Create short-form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.

• Repurpose existing content into different formats and platform-specific versions.

• Maintain high production standards while working efficiently and independently.

• Stay updated on the latest video production, editing, AI video, social media, and visual content trends.

• Manage multiple projects and prioritize production tasks according to business and content needs.

• Proven professional experience in video production and video editing.

• Strong hands-on experience in videography and post-production.

• Experience creating content independently as a one-person/solo production crew is highly preferred.

• Strong experience with professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

• Experience with AI video generation and AI creative tools is required.

• Experience to generate full videos with AI tools as a series

• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, sound, pacing, and storytelling.

• Ability to translate scripts and creative briefs into compelling visual content.

• Strong understanding of short-form social media video and current content trends.

• Ability to work independently, solve production challenges, and deliver under tight deadlines.

• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

• A portfolio/showreel demonstrating videography, editing, and AI-generated video work is required.
