- Ensure operational safety and compliance with all applicable HSE requirements and standards.

- Maintain and implement HSE policies in accordance with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 requirements.

- Conduct regular site inspections and identify, report, and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.

- Investigate operational incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and prepare investigation reports.

- Develop and implement preventive and corrective actions, risk assessments, and improvement opportunities.

- Conduct Risk Assessments and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.

- Deliver Toolbox Talks, safety training, coaching, and awareness sessions to operational staff.

- Ensure the effective implementation of HSE procedures, policies, and work instructions.

- Monitor and follow up on HSE-related customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions.

- Raise employees’ awareness of potential hazards and promote a strong safety culture.

- Monitor subcontractors’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.

- Manage and maintain MSDS/SDS for chemicals used in operations and assess their associated risks and environmental impacts.

- Identify HSE risks and operational obstacles and take appropriate actions to ensure safe and smooth operations.

- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation as required.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a relevant field.

  - Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

  - Good knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001.

  - HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent are highly preferred.

  - Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response, and Workplace Safety.

  - Good communication, leadership, training, and problem-solving skills.

  - Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and HSE awareness sessions.

  - Must be a Menoufia residents.
