JOB PURPOSE This role will own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy and execution. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving new customer growth through a mix of digital performance marketing, funnel optimization, on-ground activations, and referral programs. The job holder is a performance-driven marketer and operator who understands how to translate budget into measurable growth. The role will be responsible for all customer acquisitions KPIs, optimize ROI, and expand onebank customer base aggressively and sustainably.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • MBA or Digital Marketing certificate or its equivalent qualification is preferred. Work Experience• 8–12 years of experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in a consumer-facing or service-driven business.
