We’re looking for a passionate Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and always aim to get things done better, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements and duties :
o Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Production Engineering.o 1-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in FMCG.o Monitor production lines performance to reduce downtime and solve technical issues.o Ensure smooth operations and proper manpower distribution.o Maintain high production and quality standards.o Track, analyze, and report production data.o Apply Lean tools for process improvement.o Proficient in SOPs, KPI management, and data analysis.o Strong communication, English, and MS Office skills.
