Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for CS English Speakers B2/Graduates. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries or issues in a timely manner. Team members will follow established procedures, document interactions in the system, and escalate complex cases when needed. Daily tasks include maintaining service quality standards, meeting performance targets, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to improve customer experience. The position may also involve participating in training, coaching sessions, and regular feedback reviews to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher, with clear spoken and written abilities. Customer service mindset, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities. Basic computer literacy and ability to work with multiple applications and customer support tools. Ability to work on-site in Cairo on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required. Recent graduates or equivalent education level; previous customer service experience is an advantage. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow structured processes and guidelines. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and achieving defined performance and quality targets. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to participate in ongoing training and development.
